Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at (page link) If your request is received before the order is shipped, we will proceed with the cancellation and process your refund within 7 business days after acknowledging the cancellation request. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Terms & conditions for exchange and warranty:
- All jewelry can be exchanged within 07 days of purchase from ‘American Diamond Jewelry’ with no discount for one time only.
- Every item purchased from American Diamond Jewelry has a lifetime warranty. (Condition applied for certain products)
- Warranty service will be voided if customer unable to show valid warranty card and cash memo regarding their order or invoice number.
- All jewelry can be exchanged within 07 days of purchase from ‘American Diamond Jewelry’ with no discount for one time only.
- Due to polishing, resizing and repairing around 15% to 25% polish loss can take place in the case of American Diamond jewelry.
- In case of American Diamond Jewelry, if the product is damaged due to regular basis use, it will be considered as old jewelry. On this circumstances, to exchange old jewelry, customers can get equivalent jewelry of remaining amount after 20% to 45% deduction from the purchase price of that jewelry.
- We only provide online product sales and after-sales services. Home delivery is provided through delivery partner.
- To avail warranty service, you have to send the desired item by courier to the address provided by the company at your own cost. In that case, after we receive the product, we will repair or replace the item and send it back to your address for home delivery at which American Diamond Jewelry will bear the delivery cost.
- Cashback on certain products will not be applicable during the offer period.
